Oasis Diagnostics® Corporation was founded to conceive, develop and commercialize high-quality tools for the non-invasive diagnosis and detection of diseases based on less-invasive specimens, particularly saliva or oral fluid. The Company’s technologies address the three main segments of the In Vitro Diagnostics business-molecular diagnostics, point-of-care testing and testing performed in the laboratory. The Company’s innovative saliva collection and testing portfolio which is the subject of a broad array of issued patents and patent applications may be applied in a variety of areas including drugs of abuse, infectious diseases (including HIV and tuberculosis), steroid hormones, oncology, immune response to anthrax and many others.
